Hi guys, we have all been complaining about the default gallery app, that shows all your pics in one big lump, organising them into albums does not solve the problem, using Y-Browser and make the files "hidden" all did not solve it but I found a solution.
Connect ur phone via usb mass storage (data transfer mode), ur pc must be shown to display "hidden files and folders" then right-click on the pics folder that u dont want to be shown in gallery and go to "properties" and mark the "attributes" as "hidden". These hidden pics will not be shown in gallery, so now get Resco Photo Viewer (the best the is) and by the settings menu enable the "show hidden files" option, and bingo, you are sorted. I have tested this metheod on my N71.
