Appreciate peoples patience here as I am new to this kind of conversion.
Mentioned it before but every film I have done, 3 so far, has subtitles. How do I either turn them off in Real Player or Nokia multimedia player or stop them being some sort of default when I convert. The movie I am converting does not show subtitles if I just play it so why when I convert ?
Slow but steady....
Some programs, PQ DVD to 3GP, allow you to get into the movies menu and switch on and off things like subtitles and directors commentry...so I'm getting there.
The sound quality is not great in PQ as its mono and a bit warbly. Turning the volume down helps.. Checking Media Studio for Nokia now and Vincent responds to my support questions faster than a speeding bullet...which is very impressive and bodes well. As I ned to figure out how to get the right selections in that to avoid subtitles and directors commentry butting in
Just move the subtitles to another directory when you want to convert the movies.
I can never tell which VOB file are the subtitles.
I've been using Media Studio and this allows you to select or deselect subtitles. It didn't work at first but now it is ?
