Very big problem with Psiloc eprofiles Professional

Hi @all,

i really have a big problem with Extended Profiles Professional from psiloc. I hope you can help me, because i haven't any more idea at this time.

I have installed the trial version on 26.11.02 and it works good since this weekend. At Sunday it comes a message that i tested the SW since 15 days now and i can test it another 6 days or register it. (but from 26.11. to last Sunday/Monday night this are still 21 days??!!)
At this time eprofiles doesn't except any changes that i make on any profil, whether Colour or Sounds or Backgroundimage etc....
I mean i make changes in a profil, then i activate it and it happens nothing! (also not when i make a time profil, really nothing happens, before sunday eprofiles works great!!!)
The settings are still standing as i make but eprofiles doesn't use them.
I didn't make any changes on my phone, i only have installed Space Doubler at Weekend. Now i thought maybe problems between this two programs:

Installing eprofiles new....nothing else...same problem
Deinstalling and installing eprofiles....same problem
Deinstalling Space Doubler....same problem
Deinstalling both programs and install ONLY eprofiles....same problem

Now i thought ok, about 21 days eprofiles did not except any changes anymore until i will register it. Yesterday i had registered my version of eprofiles but it still have the same big problem.

Now i really hope you can help me, because i haven't more idea what else i should can do. :-? 😞

I wrote the same text to psiloc and yesterday they had sent me another version of eprofiles. Here my text after 1 day testing:

i tested the new version of Extended Profiles Pro you have sent me today and it works only when i start each edited profil manuell. But the timeprofiles didnt't work still yet! Every settings i make there such daily or just one time or on one day in week, it doesn't switch the profil at the time i set. (i set time from half an hour to 1 hour to the related time).

I really hope you can help me again, i thought this software isn't more in Beta at this time.

Now i'm waiting for a further answear from psiloc or from anybody else here.

I think i know whats your problem, for example if the general profile was activated on your phone, and you pesonalized anything in the general profile, it won't work, you must be activating another profile to personalize the general profile.

I wish that i helped you.

...i know about this problem with eprofiles. It's better not to personalize and edit the activated profile whether the general or another which is activated. Edit an not activated profil an then activate it.

But this is not my problem, i wished it was :cry: :-?

seems yr mobile has messed up due to installing and uninstalling lots of programs so i suggest to reset yr mobile after u take a backup with pc suite

but first try to personalize all yr profiles together then activate each one
and see the effect

also eprofiles needs to restart the phone after installation
my registered version is working fine with me since a long time
about psiloc i think they are so busy to support after sales custumers
i have had a prob and sent them 2 times but no respond

but this all,fonya know allready.

We try 2 work out this troubel but it seems nothing can fix it out.

and she cares about all the things,like reboot,etc.

so,maybe Psiloc have another solution.
We hope,that they could know more about the real reason,
because they are the programmer and we are only the users.

We are very sorry, but Extended Profiles Professional (version 1.35) has a bug inside the registration procedure (it stops working after 21 days also if correct license key was entered).

Updated version (1.40F) is ready to download from our website - http://psiloc.com. New version does not require to reenter license key.

Robert thanks again for dropping by. What about this problem,

have a question, i use eProfiles Pro i've personalized it to use a certain wav tone for calendar alarms. but when i test, it still doesnt use the wav i set. any ideas? this happening to anybody else? basically just want to find out if you have the same problem coz if you do then its might be an app problem, but if not then im doing something wrong and im going to find out what that is.

is this bug fixed in the 1,4f version?

Yep, Version 1.40F seems to work good now, also the *.wav you set for alarm or calendertone quite work at this time on my 7650.
