[need help] confusing upgrade from N73 to N73 Music edition

hi all,

very need help to upgrade N73 to N73 music edition.

i have installed the newest version of PC Suite nokia and NSS, my phone product code has changed to music edition product code.

but i have problem with pc suite and nsu, i connect the phone with cable data and using pc suite "get connected" and phone has connected, and i run the NSU for upgrade software the problem is while detecting phone the pc suite always show status "N73 disconnected from USB" and NSU cannot detect my phone.

i have reinstall the pc suite and NSU for many times

any idea???

please help

try to download a nokia connectivty cable driver.. Check you connection thru Nokia PC Suite before you use NSU..

thank you for your response

i have try to download a nokia connectivity cable driver and installed, before running nsu i have checked the connection thru pc suite and all is connected to pc suite with cable data, but after i run nsu and till detecting phone i got message "N73 disconnected via USB" then nsu prompt "unable to find phone".

my pc suite and nsu is newest version.

any idea?

hmmm.. Can you pls check if your PC Suite is not running in the background before using your NSU?

I've got the same problem.
I'm connecting my N73 with USB and when prompted on the phone's screen, I select 'PC Suite'.
I then start Nemesis.
I click on 'Detect Phone.'
I must be doing something wrong because nothing is happening!
