I have just got my N95 on a flext 35 and web n' walk from Carphone Warehouse. How do i know if i have got Web n walk max or not? The guy just said i needed to have web and walk and charged me an extra �7.50 per month saying i had unlimited downloads etc. :con?
any ideas before i go back and ask them?

You can check you bill and make amendments online as well.
i have t mob, with web n walk for 37.50 the extra 7.50 is not the max or plus thats an extra �12 you have the same as me look at there web site it shows you what you have:icon14:
Think i might have to upgrade that then. I will speak with Carphone Warehouse tonight when i get there. I can't even use VOIP with that!!! Bugger! :icon13:
i use truphone with the �7.50 one and its ok
Its only a policy, not law. The chances are, if they aren't getting a big strain on their networks they won't mind people using it for VOIP and stuff. If they start to notice the network getting throttled then they will start looking at who is doing stuff they shouldn't and then you might be asked to stop.
The T&C seem quite wooly about consequences so I wouldn't expect a court summons to land on your doorstep anytime soon!
