I looked everywhere. I will try and install it again. Where are you suggesting I look?
I am positive that when I select a contact number and press Options there is voice and video call but no internet call there.

Well, you have to set up Truphone first.
Only then will it be a calling option.
Can you see the icon in the Settings menu ?
I had the same problem. Restored all the phone settings, didnt restore from memory card and it magically reappeared. It seemed on mine that the lack of VOIP after the new F/W was down to me restoring my backup from the memory card.
Incidentally NSU seems to be ... http://nds1.nokia.com/files/support/global/phones/software/NokiaSoftwareUpdaterSetup_en.exe
Yes, TruWiz is there in applications. I have the SIP profiles of Truphone Home, Travel and Office configured and I had Travel registered using my WLAN connection. I think it was set up OK.

I did a restore from card as I have a lot of things installed. I then installed Truphone from their website and set it up.

I find restoring from memory decidedly sub-optimal.
Do a hard reset *#7370# and start again.
Pheonix SZ wrote:Get Truphone running and make a call.
If Truphone's set to default 'Internet call', it should ring via Truphone.
If not, set Truphone to default 'GSM call' and thence back to Internet call and try calling again.
It should ring <desired number>@truphone.com.
Thereafter, all numbers should have the internet call option.
If not, reboot.
Where do I set Truphone to GSM Call and back to Internet Call? All I see in my menus is Truwiz under applications.
OK, I reset the phone with *#7370#. I definitely have not restored any Orange stuff.
I now have Internet Tel under Tools but cannot see anything under Settings.
I cannot see Truphone as an application and I cannot see where to set up the SIP profiles (I did it before the reset with Truwiz which was installed when I installed Truphone before from their website).
Any help appreciated.
Thanks.
You need to reinstall / DL Truphone.
Your phone is in its factory state.
OK, done it and it's working :top:
Thanks for all your help.
Got one more question. I have connected to my home WLAN to test it out. I have the connection set to Connect When Needed, but every time I disable the WLAN, Truphone starts the connection up again. I thought it should connect when you want to make a call (which it did) and disconnect when you have finished the call (which it doesn't).
could someone tell me how to download the latest firmware from the Nokia site? The N95 doesnt appear in the drop down menu and when i put the code 0536062 into the search box, it says no available software for this model.......

Simply connect your N95 using cable and run NUS.

NSU downloads them to C:\Documents and Settings\All Users\Application Data\Nokia\Nokia Service Layer\nsl_service_module_00001\www.dsut.online.nokia.com.oti.caresuite\Products\rm-159\
and if you are using Windows Vista
C:\Program Data\Nokia\Nokia Service Layer\nsl_service_module_00001\[url]www.dsut.online.nokia.com.oti.caresuite\Products\rm-159\
As I just linked to AAS on MR I will return the favour. Look on here for info about improvements with the new firmware.
