seen these this morning on hofo, i wudnt call it a n95 upgrade, as the flash is the only thing thats dif, also n95 has more built in memory (n82 has 100mb), and IMO the n82s specs shud av gone into the n81s housing as iv come to love the sliders due to smallness, and hiding away the keypad wen u dnt use it, however the n82 is a very nice phone

...you posted pics and articles of the N81 and N82. Both unconfirmed N series handsets but not second generation N95's.
I'll give you that the form factor of the N81 is the same as the N95, but thats about it.

It's not quite an N95 update - it's actually the replacement for the N73.

seriously without optical zoom the cam is a bit meh.. zenon will help night shots though.

Yep, I see it (N82) as an N73 replacement but it doesn't make for as sexy a thread title! 😉
Spec wise, they are the closest thing to the N95; adding a Xenon flash and reducing the physical size, I'd call that a (small) hardware upgrade!
Yes, the form factor is different, hence my comment that in terms of market segmentation they're totally different products.
