N95 charger

Have nokia changed the chargers since the N80? I have 2 spare chargers for my N80, one at work, one at home, and this worked well for me. But they won't charge my N95, they might start to then just stop. Annoyed at the moment as my battery has just run out at work, and no one else has an N95!

I bought a couple of chargers .. for equiv of 4 pounds .. one for car one for office .. the office one had a minor issue that the plastic around the N95 end wouldn't allow the power prong to penetrate the N95 power socket (lads haven't we all had this?!😊 ) This with the N95 in the leather case any way a little shaving of the plastic .. all good!
I don't have an N80 charger but that might be the issue .. not enough penetration! 😃

I found the problem, I have to not push the charger all the way in, instead it has to stay about a millimeter out. The N80 charger does feel very loose in it anyway. Still I managed to get it to charge for about 10 mins!

Oh and it seems the N95 charger wont work with the N80 either!

Maybe its just the chargers I've bought?

I've found the the new nokia chargers are pretty lame. I have had two of them fail (N80 and N95). I think there is an internal break in the cable near the plug.

I found that buying the original Nokia charger with the adapter to be much more resilient to breaking.
