n95 and webcam

There is a program that connects to your PC via blue tooth which is meant to be pretty good. I can't for the life of me remember what its called or where i saw it though sorry!

to be better .. the motivik is ok .. but not wifi ..
trendcam is not free but cheap enough

has the option to directly show the screen of the phone rather than the camera (either cam selectable too)
try it out at least .. works flawlessly for me .. does landscape and portrait modes

What make is the dongle? Does PC Suite work with it?

It's more to do with the Bluetooth stack the dongle come with, most software will only work with cetain stacks. Windows, Widcomm and Toshiba are the most supported.
