The split between Nokia's Nseries and Eseries worlds keeps getting that little bit wider, with the release of an Eseries version of PC Suite, following the Nseries version released earlier this week. Presumably the door is now open for specific N or Eseries features to be grafted in.... (Via Darla)

This really becoming annoying now. No more unity, no more standard, just more fragmentation. 😡
so earlier it was like , "sorry pal , i have a very old version of pcsuite installed"
now it will be "sorry pal, i dont have the eseries of pc suite installed, ask Mike he has the nseries"
haa haaaa
For me the lack of category sync support is an absolute nogo for any Symbian device.
Without categories it isn't even a home edition!
I can't understand Symbian/Nokia...

Not sure if it correct to say this is the E Series version. I interpreted it as being Enterprise version. As in allows companies to tailor it/distribute it across network that kind of thing.
e.g. The link shows a file v6.83 "Enterprise Edition". file size 41MB
But If I go to the nokia pcsuite site and select download for my phone I get the same PC Suite version also 6.83 Rel 14.1 both for the N95 and the E90. And the file is 21MB in both cases.

In my opinion there should be one PC Suite for all Nokias. If you have two different phones which are requiring different PC Suite versions what would you do? Install one and then uninstall and so on? Nokia, what the hell are you thinking??
Why are we all confused, read what the nokia website says...
Nokia PC Suite Enterprise Edition is synchronization and a connectivity tool between the mobile device and a Windows PC, that can be redistributed within companies and organizations.
Nokia PC Suite Enterprise Edition is targeted specifically for business use. The IT administrators will download the software, customize it to fit to the corporate needs and deliver within the organization.

How can we expect new features from something that has just been repackaged for a different set of users?
