Can you guys give me explanation what makes it better than sDoubler?
Is it faster? Easy-to-use? Smaller?
I haven't tested it yet so if you can convince me that it's better than sDoubler then I have to test it.

i here about something,that space Doubler subscribe itself intoo system-memory for all the time it is installed.
This need more power.
Stacker should not do this,it only is aktiv at the time,when it de/compress some apps.ore some files.
But i am not shure about it.

Hmmm... Sounds good, mean that eats less battery.

Maybe none of them is better, but I like sDoubler more, because:
- it is smaller when used with other Psiloc applications;
- pack/unpack is more discrete, without useless colorful progress indicators;
- pack/unpack group of files and linking them to applications is more efficient than Stacker file browser;

There quite a lot setings to choose from that will effect how Stacker looks and acts.
About which is better,i'd say they are both good apps.Maybe its a mater of ones taste an need.
I preffer Stacker.

I loved sdoubler but unfortunately I can't even test stacker cause I don't have my 7650.

Still waiting for nokia to fix it...

There is new version of sDoubler 1.21
There arent anymore annoying progressbar blocking a view it's replaced whit small sdoubler logo above screen.
Program's startup is faster.
Packing 'n Unpacking is slightly faster (I think).
You can start program straight from sDoubler.
Files tab where you can see files and filegroups... (or something like that)

I haven't even tried sDoubler, but I haven't felt the need to either which is prase indeed for Stacker, it's a brilliant app. 😃

sDoubler is what i used initially, and it's still a good app - probably one of the best out there. however, after trying Stacker, i've found it better to use - and those color bar progress indicators plus the caption (percentage) indicators are some of the reasons why i like it better!!! 😃

I've just convert all my app from sdoubler to stacker 😃 😃 very happy with my new stacker ... except that why don't they enable joystick button to run the app or there is a hidden setup to do that 😃 😃

Yes, I have to say that Stacker is better than sDoubler (what is good program too). I love the property to pack programs in backround. And its great that it wont change the icons (optional).

It's small thing but how can I get rid of the "white blink" before unpacking?
I noticed that it's in both sDoubler and Stacker so maybe it depends from nokia...

MMMMM, lets break this down

A) great if you use other Psiloc apps, but I dont.
B) you have a choice, you can have a progress bar top or bottom, a progress pie chart top or bottom or you can have a percentage indicator top or bottom
C) Not sure on this so I cant comment

I would like to have password protected my appliaction.
By using Stacker,
whenever a user what to open my application,one will be prompt to enter a password before he can use it.
I think this can be done using Stacker.
Allow the user to enable password protection on selected compressed application.

finally convinced to give stacker a try, and so i decided to remove space doubler from the phone.
however, there are some stuff
PsiNT eLib, and PsiNT Helper

these weren't removed with space doubler.. is it alright to just remove them as well?

but then they should normaly be deleted from self....

dont remove 'em if you have other Psiloc apps in your phone. 8)

with so many more applications coming up.. the limited space is getting quite hard to handle :cry:

but yeah!! stacker is really good !!

Just tried Stacker & Space Doubler.

Stacker is faster & stable.

Space Doubler will slowwwww down my phone.
