How to delete all personal data

3 replies · 7,420 views · Started 03 July 2007

Hi guys,

This will probably be my last post here! I've sold my N70, I just need to know one last thing, how can I delete all data off the phone? I've tried doing a factory reset and even the *#7370# hard reset thing, but all my messages and calendar appointments are still in the phone.

Does anyone know an easy way to delete them all?

Cheers,

Seb.

Dont know abt calender items coz even i need to figure it out. For messages, delete them via PC Suite. Its the only best available option rather than downloading some 3rd party tool.

Or in your phone, goto Messages, Options, MARK ALL, Delete.
Simple.!

It cannot be. My N70 wiped out everything when I sold it, using the same *#7370#
Maybe you should format also the MMC.

Try doing it without the SIM card in. Those messages and appointments may be held on the SIM.....
