Unfortunately the icons in the application launcher aren't themeable.
This is brilliant. While Nokia and the like waste time on stuff for developers, UIQ are always on hand with a fantastic new theme. They know what people want. That is why they will succeed. Keep it up UIQ, thanks!!!
