Had the phone about 4days and today for the first time the slider feels i little wobbly when i press the arrow keys and menu keys. Is this a common fault? What should i do about it?
How wobbly is your slider?
N95 feels more solid then N80, but even so, is not a solid mechanism... So maybe is normal. Try a compare with another one.
not wobbly at all, have it since 2 weeks. the d/pad and the other keys on the front do squeak alot when i press them (only part of the phone that feels cheap)
The wobbly feel to the N95 is indeed a very well known issue. Do a search for n95 on youtube for a good way to fix it, with a T6 torx screwdriver and some tape! (no kidding!) It worked wonders on mine, and now its "wobble-free" 😊
Mine has about 1mm of give when it's shut. Not wobbly when open. It was annoying at first when pressing the D-Pad when it was closed, but I got used to it now.
I've had mine a few months now and it's not too bad. Sometimes it'll go slightly down when the phone is open and I push down on the D-pad and when closed there's a 1mm gap which causes slight movement when using the phone closed. I don't use the phone closed very often though as I find it a pain to use unless it's open.

AFAIK it is a T5 torx from what I read from the forums.
Not at all, that way it seems okay. In fact not too buggy either. Lack of customising the software, lack of touch screen, lack of sat nav software support.
