Where is my Product Code from?

I did a search for my Product Code but I dont see it mentioned anywhere. I purchased it from UK.
Product Code is: 0552464 I'm just interested, I don't have the guts to do anything with it. Everything I use is working well (I hope)

Does the vibrating funtion working correctly?

Yes, The vibrating works. I think that so far everything works although I don't go as deep into things as other people. I had an issue with the uneven feet but I gave the phone a very slight twist a week ago and it sits squarely on 4 feet.
