LOVE my E90 so far - feels sooooooooo solid compared to the N95....
but I notice the battery cover is a *tiny* bit loose - normally would not care but the rest is so well built I noticed it!
is this the case for other people? I wonder also, can you buy a replacement cover from anywhere?
Replacement cover from www.l8shop.net - they also sell the complete E90 housing as well!

Its really starting to annoy me - the phone is so solid elsewhere, but when I am typing I can feel a slight movement in the battery cover which is not massive but so irritating! Any ideas how to (elegantly) fix this?
Or is anyone else selling replacement covers? I see mobilefun.co.uk do but they are out too... and I am not sure I trust ebay to get a genuine item....
yes, same as mine...
I put piece of paper, on the top of battery,
on right side of connectors. Now everything is ok.
But, I am little dissapointed because so expensive phone
with so "china" parts...

yeah totally agree. its strange how the rest of it is so well built and the battery cover seems to be an after-thought. I ordered another cover from:

The battery cover on my Made in Finland E90 does not move at all. There is however some slight "squeaking" at the top where the speaker is.

yeah I noticed that squeeking too but very slight... i can definately feel the battery cover move a little when I use the phone one-handed though. Guess nothings perfect! Should get new battery cover tomorrow....

quick update: just got the replacement and it seems rock-solid! :icon14:
I am not sure what the diference was - I think maybe the little hole where the cover release button sticks out was slightly wider on the wobbly cover...
so if anyone else has the issue try these guys:
