Are you happy with NSC support in your country.

I am sure (at least) a lot of people from Greece will vote for bad NSC services...
I live in the same town as MemphisX, and I know 😉
But, I found recently one NSC that was quite good!

In Finland its really good 😃
fw upgrade usually in 2h max.

I will vote tomorow,since i'm geting mine upgraded then.

i voted yes, giving nokia the benefit of the doubt. i got mine replaced after 1 day when i discovered my bluetooth system error! i say, give nokia the benefit of the doubt, because im not sure if my phone replacement was out of the good service of nokia or The Hub (affiliate) shop where i purchased my unit. peeps from The Hub said, they dont readily replace phone because of the crap they're are taking from nokia. remember the freaking 'box' story? :x check this out for the story - http://www.allaboutsymbian.com/phpBB2/viewtopic.php?t=6433&start=15

Singapore's Nokia Care Centre is good. Services to customers is fine. 😃

Well to say the truth I was very unlucky. After 1 weak and a half I went to the vodafone shop from which I bought my 7650 and they told me that it was my fault that I send it to nokia. They would have done the same think but they they would give me a new phone,so they would have the problem, not me.
Also Nokia denied that they would give me another phone although they are obligated to do that (See Club Nokia support stuff).

Well a month has passed and still waiting...

I guess my vote will go very low,i went to AlphaCopy this morning.
They didn't let me speak with to the tech people,the girl i was talking to was clueless,she ripped off the battery without shuting down the phone and when i asked how long it will take she said that she will call me.
I left it at their care at 11 a clocl this morning,i hope i get it today,firmware upgrade could be done in a half an our you know 😞

You brought it to AlphaCopy in Greece?

Alpha Copy is not only Nokia's Representative in Greece but also in some other countries such as cyprus. (I have read it on some old posts).

:x Well the tricks are always the same for Alpha Copy.
Same for me , a beutifull girl with no knowledge about her work (not to mention mobile phones or PC's, she could't even use the program on the pc for the receipt.)

And we all know why they use beutifull girls to do this work,don't we!

Well,my vote is definitely positive,i got my phone back after couple of hours,i have v 4.39 on my phone,the preety girl was quite polite,they didnt burn the backup on a CD as i requested but i dont mind.
Things might be changing 😃
