I have just seen the red palette on a vodafone live 7650 (ver 4.36) and it looks really nice (shame they put a big cheesy vodafone 'how are you?' picture on the idle screen by default!)

Great app. Im gonna upgrade from my ever so stable 3.12 only for this.
Is there no way of combining the colour palettes? Such as to create a black coloured palette??? :black:

Oh yeah and while im moaning, Why was it that these palettes were hidden to start with? Is it nokia thats tryin to make things difficult for all of us or what? :agrue:

I have 3.16 right now. If I upgrade to 4.xx will I have 400kb less memory as I remember from some posts long time ago ?

after upgrade, used space after a "format" of the phone was 500KB. I think it was about 390KB with 3.12 but I'm not sure about that. Can anyone confirm/deny?

hope more colors will be added..especially yellow..

hope those colour can be flash into those v4.39 verison that those dont have the hidden colours

The palette program doesnt work for my 4.39 too.
Strangely, some guys got it working in my version.

Could it to some other program that clashes with Palette Extender?

Or from which country that works.
And for those who's work, did they got their fw upgraded from Nokia or they flashed themselves or other methods?

hi theran, i dont think singapore v4.39 support that too.. has ask around and tested from dif Nokia care.. all cant work

Nah, I'm getting a D-link, but suppliers over here (nz) are a bit slack... i ordered it before xmas ... Cost is approx $50 US

also got 4.39 and it works perfect!! you don't even need this palette extender if you got the newest version of extended profiles version 1.50 !! it supports all 6 colors !!! 😃

I own 2 7650and it doesn-t work on none of them

cheers, faquick! i never had enough reason in the past to upgrade firmware. i always find my 3.16 a wheel that didn't need to be fixed. 😉 - but the pallete extender is more than enough reason. thanks a lot! 8)
