I followed instructions to the letter too...works like a charm on my N95 running new firmware v20.0.015.

Guess it could have been a dodgy pak0.pak file. But nothing happends at all. Followed the instruction, and nothing doesn;t even pause. just wont launch!
Getting a new 4gb memory card this week so maybe a format and reinstall may fix it!
Looks like it was my mistake... Corrupt .pak file. Just changed it and it launches fine..... What a fool i am.
@Counterfitninja: Well, that is the way it is sometimes - glad you got it working!
I have a different problem with Quake on my N95-1...it concerns using a bluetooth keyboard with the game. I realize this might not be the right thread to post in, but I am unable to find a more suitable one.
I have a Nokia SU-8W bluetooth keyboard that I want to use when playing Quake (and Doom for that matter). I can play using the SU-8W keyboard, but I am experiencing a curious problem, which sort of ruins the game.
When playing using the SU-8W is seems as if the controls "freeze" when a lot of action takes place (eg. when being attacked by several rottweilers and baddies at once). By "freezing" I mean that my "character" suddenly keeps going forward/backwards - or keeps turning - and does not respond to other input. As if one of the arrow keys is stuck, except that no key is in fact stuck. Once the heavy action is over (if I survive), the controls becomes responsive again.
What gives - has anyone experienced this?
The problem does not occur if I play on the N95 alone - without the SU-8W.
I have this problem on both previous (v12.0.013) and current (v20.0.015) firmware - despite lots of free RAM thanks to Demand Paging and all...
I would appreciate any help or suggestions.
Cheers Chris
Hi!
I tried to install Quake on my N95 (newest Firmware: v20.0.015) but it doesn't start. I copied all necessary files an the installation process works like it should but unfortunately Quake doesn't start at all when i click on the icon.
Furthermore i would like to receive the original audio files.
Can you please help me?
Thanks for your work!
