I don't see any dropdown! Is it some proprieaary IE stuff, or Java or what? Why don't you make your sites so that they can be seen without any gimmicks! Like using standard HTML for instance...

Its a bloody annoying habit. They're just 'bumping' their post to the top of the pile, make sure people don't miss it. By posting it goes to the top of the unread list.
