How do i upgrade firmware?

never done this. on o2 , got firmware 11.0.026 at the mo.

I believe there is v12 out ? if there is, how do i get it and upgrade ? cheers

You need to download and install Nokia Software Updater:
http://europe.nokia.com/A4579163

and then run it with the phone connected in PC Suite mode. It will then tell you if there are any updates available. If the latest on O2 is still V11, as I think it may be, then you're out of luck - if you don't want to debrand, you can't upgrade to V12 until/if O2 release their branded version of the V12 firmware.

O2 currently ARE doing an official O2 v12 firmware. my phone arrived with it the other day. U shouldnt have to debrand the phone if u want v12
