Quick question for you folks...
If you send an MMS from a voda mobile to an email address, the email 'from' address is
[email protected]
I need to know where MMS's from the other provider's appear to be from (mms.orange.co.uk? etc)
Or alternatively, if any kind souls would like to send an MMS to alanb2 at excite dot com, that'd be even better!
Thanks!
Looks like orange is @orangemms.net
HTH.
Thanks!
Anybody else with t-mobile or O2 info? 😊
Many thanks in advance.
Dont know if this helps but you know cross network mms is working now?
Having said that, it may be this very reason why you're looking for the email address of both! 😃
Actually i dont think it is, Ive been trying for the last week to send via T-Mobile to other networks, but no luck at all.
The only one Ive seen working okay is orange to orange.
I will send you one from T-Mobile.
Also with T-mobile you can reply from E-mail to the MMS addy and it'll turn up on the phone!
Don't think you can do that with the other networks!

Think my GPRS must be up the shoot this morning.

That's great, thanks!
Anyone with O2 (or any non-UK networks) info?
Regards,
Alan
Will, just a quick q...
Does it really give you back 079xxxx as opposed to 4479xxxx?
Nope
There is no international code on the front - just 07950xxxxxxxx
What you up to - planning to spam to every 07950xxxxx number combination and across all networks an MMS Message ?????
i have created an alias so mine is [email protected]
Thanks again for the info.
What am I up to? Check my site www.phlog.net 😊
Photo blogging site that you can upload pics to via MMS.
No spamming involved!!
