Well, they had to do that as it wasnt with the symbian version. But you now have them telling you it *did* have it, but only on certain complicated bits 🙄
You shouldnt have any problem getting a full refund. Contact them again and say you want a refund ASAP, and also add that your aware of the fact it was listed on that page.
You could even give them a link to this thread, Im pretty sure they dont want any more bad publicity.

TBH just bought Navigon for my N95 8 GB and I think it is quite good. I have an old Navman sat nav with old tele atlas 2004 maps and the Navigon is head & shoulders above this.
Routing is very good and re-routing is very quick too, much faster than my Navman which takes 10 mins of "perform a u turn blah blah" before it re-routes.
The topography is a bit sparse being mostly an amorpheous grey but I can live with that.
Tech services are crap but hopefully won't need them very much anyway.
Overall a happy chappy as this has enabled me to get rid of a windscreen distraction in the Navman.
