NSS and Windows Vista

I downloaded NSS, but when I plugged in the cable, Vista loaded it's own Nokia USB driver ansd would not allow me to select the driver I downloaded with NSS. Have anybody had this problem??

I've never personally been able to get NSS to work with Vista, but I'm not sure whether thats just cos I was using an old version of NSS.

I only do my NSU on my XP machine anyway. Only did it once on Vista and my phone bricked itself. Probably just a co-incidence though🙄

Hi,

I've had problem with the drivers also before.

Just plug your device, the go to device manager. Find your hardware and update driver. When it asks, choose that you will set manually. Locate the nokia driver at C:/program files/nokia/pc connectivity driver folder.

Now it should be ok.

Ps:
The NSU will not start if the Internet connection service is running.

Cheers,
