Normal N95:
Memory card slot, camera cover, poor battery capacity, 56 mb of internal RAM

N95 8GB:
NO memory card slot but 8GB built in memory, NO camera cover, better battery capacity, 128 mb of internal RAM

N95-3 or The US version of N95:
Exactly same as N95 8GB, except for the fact it CAN run on American HSDPA frequencies, practically no use buying this unless you live in the US AND you are a data user.
