The wait is finally over i got my p800 for �299.99 on contract today, i'll stop complaining now i feel better 😊 , delivery is on monday though, oh well not long now.

Yes UK spec, from Forward Cellular 08707 444474. They had have sold 11 units in 1 1/2 hours, and had 9 left as of 9am so be quick if you want one. Vodafone only at the moment though.
Are you sure it's UK spec ? because when I phoned yesturday the guy (he had a cold) said they were not UK spec.
I'm not entirely sure myself what the difference is, I would like to know though.
He did say that the phone came with a no quibble 14 day money back gaurantee, so no worries for you

If they are not UK spec the warrantly may be be valid in the UK, so when I get it if it's not UK spec like they said it was, then it will go back and I will start complaining again :-?

The P800 is a fantastic phone, my freind got and im determined to get it as well but in Doha it costs it costs like 500 or somthing. I had a go at it, it was fantastic!!!!

I didn't get the P800 today, due to the lack of common sense from the phone shop, the Credit Card number I gave them had a digit missing from it, they tried 3 times and gave up.
The thing that baffles me is they didn't even try to ring me to ask for it again, they just left it :-? , When I rang up today to ask why it hadn't been delivered they just said sorry, took my card number again, and promised delivery for tommorow. :evil:

Provided you used a credit and not a debit card you should be covered against goods not being received. Give your credit card company a ring.

Or, as it sounds like they're a bricks'n'mortar store, a carefully worded e-mail cc'd to THEIR local trading standards is often enough to "remind" a company that it owes you a refund\phone.
"http//www.tradingstandards.gov.uk" should be able to supply you with a contact at their local trading standards office.
And then you can place your order with www.hk-mobile.com for �465 sim free!

What happened in the end?.....I'm not finished yet, at the moment, I have neither a P800 or a Vodafone sim or any sort of paperwork that says i'm on this new Vodafone package.
�299.99 has been taken from my bank though.
I will let you know if I do get the phone, but I can't even get in contact with the company, there is a message that they cannot receive phone calls, but it is on a mobile, which someone keeps hanging up on.
They also mentioned the fact that the phone would be sent via Initial City Link, our company also uses Initial City Link for all our deliverys and we did receive a package from them today, but *Shock Horror* not a P800 from FWD Cellular, I rang ICL to see if we had anymore deliveries due for us, and they couldn't find anything.......Just smells far to fishy for my liking.
They were having problems with their phone line when I phoned last Friday.
