AFAIK, it's not just referring to the standard S60 standby screen but something tailored to AT&T. So absolutely nothing wrong with them calling it with whatever name they want. Stop being so patronising on Americans all the time. Try living there for a while and you'll notice they are not all retards. 😊
Viipottaja, I don't think it's ordinary Americans that people complain about, it's just some of their corporate PR and marketing that comes across as a bit strange.
For example, those ridiculous US informercials which they also show in Europe have given American marketing a really bad reputation.
