Any app you have paid for should re-install and work without the need to perform a (risky!) Nokia restore after FW upgrades.
Almost all *bought* apps are licensed using your handset's IMEI number, and this never changes (in fact it is totally illegal to change a handset's IMEI).
i have v20 and when i checked with nsu it says that i have the lastest version, my model is RM320 and not RM159, will this make a difference?
That means it's not the classic N95 (i think). You must have a different variation of it.

That means you already have the newest firmware (v20.0.016). V21 is the newest for the classic N95.
