I use a cable connection for sending texts etc and my connection is never dropped.
I would like to update to the new firmware but the connection drops whilst the programme looks for my phone. When the programme tells me that a phone is not attached, the phone attaches again, at which point it's too late.
I have tried reinstalling PC on my phone. I have tried using the Update programme from the N-series PC Suite as well as the Beta PC Suite.
What can I do?
