Hi,
I just upgrade my firmware to v21 yesterday and restored all the settings, but I notice that all the applications I previously installed was not showing up and not able to run, however all the stuff is still in the app manager but cannot be removed.
I would like to delete and format my phone and start fresh, is there any instruction on how to properly do it ? I know it can be done, just not sure how.
