If i wanted to back up my phone before a upgrade, is there a way I can choose to backup only my contacts and gallery? when I use pc suite and try to back up my phone it just automatically does the entire phone. Or does anyone know what folder the contacts are under if I just look up the folders through my computer using a USB cord so I could just copy paste it?

you may pick and choose what you backup / restore using the Nokia backup .. at least if you're using a recent version 😊
I suggest you ensure you have the latest version - prior to doing anything like an upgrade.😊
