NSS 1.38.12 and N95 doesn`t work

Hello,
i have installed the new firmware to my Handy N95. After this i want to change the productcode back to the original one, but the NSS gave me a Error when i press the Scan button.
Is this already "known" with the newest Firmware 21.0.0.16

What OS have you.?
What versions do you have of NSS, PC Suite, and NSU?
