I have a N95 8GB with V15 firmware...its a fantastic phone with enormous potential. But Nokia must really learn to build phones correctly & do quality
checks....

Today the main camera on my phone would not start...I would get just a black screen with the camera icons...so I done research on the net & found out that some N95 owners said that strong tapping of the lens cover at the back will rectify the problem...& guess what it did!

I tapped it aggressively numerous times and my camera sprung into life!
It seems the camera internal mechanics get stuck under normal usage for some N95 owners...

My question is how does Nokia release a flagship phone like this, whereby the camera need to smacked to work!

The N95 is the same, im on my 3rd one at the moment.

First had duff camera with auto focus problems and later developed a fault where it wouldnt charge up batteries. The second was fine apart from a broken volume button but the backlight packed up after 2 months use.

3rd one perfect in every way so far. Only had it a day though :P
