I was upgrading my mobile then it closed and the screen show the word nokia and the mobile does not give any respond to the cable or the charger .
Pls advice what to do
Did you solve the problem?
If you can't go to a Nokia shop, try to make it the hard way: remove the battery, put it back, connect the phone, the charger and USB cable, and try to re-flash the phone... This is very risky but worked for me in a N73 some time ago!!!

Yeah, go to Nokia centre for best solution. It's free as long as you phone still in warranty period
