I like to as a question here that i baught a N95 8GB phone not from Canada from Asia and with out know i just hit the software update button in pcsuite where it told me that my version is 10. and currently there ver 20. avaialiable so i decided to update that and at the end it closes the application saying software update fails.

So i tired again now what ?? the only thing i see on my phone is white screen that's it after reading here i decided to talk to nokia people first see if they can repaire it and guess what they came back saying that since you have not baught this phone from canada and for warranty and repair you have to contact to that country or see any other reapir shop other than nokia, and my problem is that i am in a small town where no one does these things so any kind of help will be appreciated thank is advance

There are independent companies in most countries who will do a "dead phone flash" for about �20 / $40USD. Google 'nokia repair' in your locale.
