Is 16Mb still the limit? (Sony Memory Stick Duo)

I notice a lot of applications and games are coming out for the P800, yet I see no mention anywhere of any kind of Duo storage over 16Mb.

Are people literally just buying several of the 16Mb cards and swapping them out as needed? Or are there bigger cards that will work with it? (The MagicGate Duos for example?)

I can't see how people would be able to get EQuake, EDoom, EMAME, etc all under one device.

Some say that the Magic Gate Duo will work, some don't, but we won't know for sure until someone actually tries them with the P800...

64Mb regular MS Duo's should be out any time now, and 128Mb Duo's is rumoured to be released in March.

There are alot of rumors about when or where a larger capacity of memory stick duo is coming. So far they are just that, rumors. I myself wish it will come out soon. What good is a 16Mb card anyway? Just load it a couple of mp3 and its full. I love my P800, but if theres one thing about it that i hate, is the expansion card. And for this, i hate Sony for trying to use their proprietary Memory stick duos. It would have been alot better if they used MMC or SD cards. Not only are they smaller, but higher capacity cards in these format are cheaper and widely available

There's a guy in a store here in New York that told me thay sell the 64 and the 128 but I think he didn't know what he was talkin about. As soon as I get my p8 i'll go and check again.

Acording to the Sonyericsson support center the p800 doset have support for the MG duo sticks.

They say the 64MB (Coming on Mar. 2003), and the 128MB (Coming on Apr. 2003).
I hope they are right.
