I am thinking about purchasing the N95. Does the phone feature a SIP client?
If so, can I configure it to use my VOIP provider?

yes it comes with a SIP client built in. and i might add its probably the best SIP/VOIP implementation available from any phone or any OS on the market today. i'm referring to all s60 SIP clients/phones. particularly nokia s60 phones. they just work so well and are so stable and solid. and the call quality and clarity over wifi or 3G is superb. my experience is using truphone.
about your VOiP provider, some people have luck using their VOIP provider, while others cannot set it up. it all depends on what type of a setup the VOiP provider uses i believe. i dont know details. you should post what provider you are using to get better answers.
