i tried reformatting my phone before I updated the firmware, i reset the settings and removed all applications, but there a few that i cant remove. When I try to remove them in the app manager it says remove failed. Im not sure why because all the other apps removed just fine....anyone have a solution? the apps are burnout, opera mini, project gotham, and fight night

I did turn my phone off and restart by holding down *+ #3+ call button+power button, that reset everything, but my phone still had the things I saved to mass memory. can you tell me how I would reformat mass memory? and I tried the *#7780# method as well as and it just reset my phone settings

Use the "Memory" app on the phone to reformat mass memory or memory cards (depending on the model).

the memory what you have formated so far is just phone memory and that does not affect MASS/Card memory ,you have to do that seperate by doing the below

to formay MASS memory go to TOOLS>utilities>Memory>option's>format Mass memory....then say yes to everything,
