Hi i have just phoned my phone, which i reorted as lost 3 weekes ago, they have put a total bar on this phone know is there any way i can remove this bar its after a code any ideas? is on voda

do you mean phoned or found?? if you found it and its asking for a code then its a sim lock or a lock code you have put in yourself. if you reported it as lost then unreport it!
Only Vodafone can remove the blacklisted IMEI from their list. However, I don't know if they ever do such things (might be that once it is added, as a matter of policy, they never remove them).
Phone vodafone they turned mine back on when i found it and informed them.
