Well, the common sense says that you should plug the 3.5 mm jack in the phone and the RCA's you will need to plug in the TV set, respecting the colours, i.e. yellow to yellow, red to red and white to white or white to black.

One problem would be that N81 does not have TV out 😃

The N81, indeed, does not have any hardware and software support for generating a video signal. In other words, there is no cable that will be able to provide you the functionality, as there is no port/connector in the phone with a suitable output signal.
