Anyone had problems with this.
I have nokia nseries pc suite installed on my lappy, well when I try and run the updater, it tells me it has to update to continue. So I click ok and well the thing just freezes all the time.
I check my processes and there is the DelayedExecution.exe hogging all my resources i.e. at least 50%. The other day there was two of them running ala no room for movement ala 100% usage.
Never had any problems before, my pc is has 1 gig of ram plenty of hd space processor is a dual core 2 duo so plenty power and its windows xp mce.
Anyone else had any problems and is there another way to update my phone for future reference.

A stab in the dark but it could be the N series suite you're using. Mine had problems with map loader and in the end I uninstalled it and now just use the vanilla PC suite.
I get the impression that N series suite is a bit of an afterthought from Nokia. Like much of their software. I stand to be corrected.
try uninstalling the updater manually...
Also make sure you don't use the same USB port for PC Suite and the Updater
Just thought id let you know this problem still exist.
All firewalls and antivirus/malware software has been disabled but unfortunately I am seeing no progress.

Disable your firewall and Virus checker before running updates (or NSU).
Remember to enable them again afterwards!
I use Symantec Norton Internet Security on my PC and Nokia apps don't seem to be able to get through the firewall when it's turned on.
