N95-1 New Firmware V30 spotted on Nokia Discussions — Nokia N95 and N95 8GB

Was checking my emails this morning, when I noticed some activity from my email notifications from a post over on Nokia Discussions regarding rumours of a V30 firmware becoming available soon for the N95-1, and with possible kastor, and Auto Screen Rotation (ASR).

Angus from N95Users has also posted about this article on the forums here.

Well after checking the links, there is a member there who is running V30 firmware, and has confirmed the following, but is unsure exactly what he is looking for...

doesnt seem like much exciting was added really. considering the jump to v20 was a big one, i would hope v30 jump would have advanced stuff like that kastor UI or something. hell maybe even backported feature pack 2 functions. all the stuff there is already available with external downlaods from nokia.

With a hacked phone, you can make it say whatever you want on that firmware screen now, so I'd take this with a pinch of salt. Until we get more proof.
