how can i download and play avi mpg on my n95

You can play direct avi file as i use DIVX player to do that not sure about wvm file as nevr tried but you can get divx player from www.divx.com web site or google it's a free software i use that and works great on my n95 8GB 😊

An AVI file is a wrapper around various different audio and video formats, each requiring a different codec. If it's wrapped around a DivX file, then yes, that will work.

If you're not sure about a particular AVI file, you can use GSpot to find out what encodings it uses.
