Web connection on new i8510

Hi, only had it a couple of days and was working on web and it stalled so i clicked exit to go back to main screen and then when i click on web icon or try to access from anywhere else it just reverts back to the screen i am clicking from so i cannot get to the web.

Any ideas before i take it back to the shop?

I have tried shutting down and also i have reset the phone back to factory settings but still won't open the web browser.

I seem to remember a friend of mine having that problem on his N95. He reset the phone to factory settings and reinstalled everything and that sorted it. Obviously that doesn't help you as you've already tried that. Have you set up the connection the web will use before you try and access the web?
