Anyone got Nokia Conversation to work on the E71?

I really want this app but both the E70 and the E90 versions don't work on my E71. It crashes the contacts app.

I didn't have any trouble with it. Worked fine, I just like SMSChat better.

Wow that's strange. Did you install the Nokia service pack or something that it said was the pre-req for Conversation to be installed? Which version worked for you? E90?

I am less interested in SMS threading, but more on being able to select a contact and seeing the communication history.

I have an E71. I don't think I did anything special before installing, I just installed it. It just worked. Sorry you're having trouble.

I just tried to look to see what version I have, but it doesn't say anywhere.

i think you have to install the E90 version for conversation to work. that's what i did and its working fine.

It worked!

I uninstalled the app as well as the support application and installed just the application. It gave a warning about support package not present but when you ignore the warning and install, it goes through and works fine.
