Don't forget you won't be able to do anything about changing the firmware on the phone using NSS until Nokia release the first firmware update.

Apparently the new firmware is due sometime next month.

My product code is 0575384 made in Hungary
Languages: Euskara, Catala, English, French, Galego, German, Portuguese, Spanish
I'm looking for simplified Chinese input. Would also like traditional Chinese, Japanese and Korean to show music song titles. I'm new to Nokia so any help on how to add these languages would be great. Thanks!

hi All.
is any body have idea if hebrew language can be supported by the 5800?
i bought my Nokia 5800 in UK and hebrew language is not included.
would like to have product code to make my 5800 "speak Hebrew".
thanks in advance.

here goes:

0559407: Israel BLUE
0559300: Israel RED

0559360: Euro1 BLUE
0558982: Euro1 RED

I am using 0559363: Hispania BLUE and I have English, Spanish, French, German, Portuguese and the Spanish regional languages

These product codes are for the "vanilla" software not the versions put out by Nokia for specific network operators

NOt sure, but think APAC1 is what you need. Here are some likely product codes:

0559950: APAC1 BLUE
0559476: APAC1 RED

0559931: Hong Kong BLUE
0559473: Hong Kong RED

0559857: Taiwan BLUE
0559472: Taiwan RED

By the way, mine is a blue bought from the US Nokia Store but it is the European version / Euro 3G.

Interesting, it looks like the Hispania version that I use. I didn't think that the Euro1 version would have basque, catalonian, etc. As for changing the porduct code, the only way that I know would be to flash a new version using the Phoenix program (PhoenixSlayer verions is whatI used). NSS doesn't seem to work with the 5800. Anyway, I don't think that just changing the product code would do it, you would then have to update using Nokia and our phones are not compatible. If you happen to drop by southern Spain I would be happy to update yours, haha
