What's the main differnce between 800 and 802 ?

I believe the only difference is the 802 is for the Chinese market and has the chinese characterset, but don't shoot me if I'm wrong.

your right the only difference is the the inclusion of chinese character set and e chinese to english/english to chinese dictionary which also results in less system memory due to the extra software as the hardware specs are the same

Well there are two chinese versions of the P8xx phone. One is the P800c which is for Hong Kong and Taiwan. The P800c has the simplified chinese language in it. The P802 is the version for the CHina market. This version contains the traditional chinese language.
