i found this program which lets you view your phones .mbm files on your pc and lets you edit them and then you can just restore them to your phone, you can edit icons and i think even the startup animation

your right. iconmanager is for 9210 only, although you could request the creator to create one for 7650, or rather port it to 7650... he's a member of AAS, Dazler... 😃
