Does this speed up your Symbian?

I have just "pulled" this off the Chinese OPDA site and all credit to its author Tecnologia.

I have tried this on my E65 and it seems to be a little faster than it was before

1- change the date of your mobile to this date
-Month 05
-Day 01
-Year 2005

2- open the calender and make a new to-do entry:-
- topic/subject: Speed
-due date : day 04, month 08, year 05
-priority: High

then do a second to-do entry
-topic/subject : Quokie
-due date: (same date as before)(04/08/2005)
-priority: low

3-confirm both to-do's are entered on the same date then mark the two as done (very important)

4-close the calender & change the date of your mobile back to normal.

Turn mobile off and back on.

Thats it!

5- See if makes any difference to you?

Please give your results and phone model

Why on earth would anything like that make any phone faster?

Your phone will also not work as a police speed radar detector with any secret codes. (Another claim you can "pull" off many web sites.)

as can be seen by the date for this "trick" (2005),its a very old "theory" that goes back to pre-N70 days...and it does not work...

Its mind set and the fact that rebooting the phone will make it run smoother once all the processes have loaded...
