Before I updated to the latest software on my N82 I used to be able to upload photo's to my flickr account, if I had taken a photo, in the options it has "send" and then you could select "post to web" when you click them options, nothing happens, also with the new software, there is in the applications folder "share online" if you click that, nothing happens.
Has anyone else had this problem? I have also reinstalled latest software but it has not helped.

Yes the share online icon is on the active standby screen, even if you select it, the screen alters for 1 second then reverts back to the standby screen
did you try to install the Share online 4.0 (which is clearly stated on the website is for FP2 devices like N96, N85)????
I bet this is the cause. If not, then seems like a bad installation of the Share online 3.0
This also happened to me today... What did you do to make it work again?
